THE SENSORY PROFILE: TOOLS, ANALYSIS, INTERPRETATIONS AND AND THE RECOMMENDATIONS following the evaluation

Objectifs:
-
Définir les spécificités sensorielles des personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle pour adapter nos accompagnements aux vulnérabilités des personnes ou à leurs centres d’intérêts.

Expérimenter la passation , et la cotation du profil sensoriel du PSP-R..

Dégager des préconisations pour améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes ou diminuer les troubles de la perception et de la sensorialité.
Pendant ces journées, une part importante est réservée à la découverte de l'outil, son analyse et ceci à l'aide d'un soutien Excell pour son interprétation. Nous pourrons donc travailler à partir d'exemples, études de cas, ou à l’interprétation de l'outils du profil sensoriel ainsi qu’à des supports exemples ou situation de la structure. Ceci afin de permettre la montée en compétences des professionnels sur ces pratiques mais aussi d’évaluer les compétences acquises à l’issue de la formation et la maitrise des outils opérationnels d'analyse.
Une partie sera également dédiée à l'analyse mais aussi pour présenter des exemples d'activités permettant de pouvoir moduler les troubles de la modalité sensorielle afin de désensibiliser ou resensibiliser la personne en fonctions de son profil.

Intramural training for all professionals from ESMS or associations, working with people with sensorial disorders and associated behavioral disorders
Price excluding trainer's travel and accommodation costs: 2 days or 2400 €.
Indicative times: 9 am-5pm.
During these days, an important part is reserved for the discovery of the tool, its analysis and this with the help of Excell support for its interpretation. We can therefore work from examples, case studies, or to the interpretation of the sensory profile tools as well as examples or situation of the structure. This is to allow professionals to develop their skills in these practices, but also to assess the skills acquired at the end of the training and the mastery of operational analysis tools.
A part will also be dedicated to the analysis but also to the activities allowing to be able to modulate the disorders of the sensory modality in order to desensitize or resensitize the person according to his profile.
Each of the points discussed is illustrated with concrete examples and tools put into practice.

I - Reminders on adaptive skills and associated skills, in the field of intellectual disability:

Our senses and the development of sensoriality
II- Autism and sensoriality:
Reminder on the characteristics of autism and the signs of ASD
Perception and Sensoryity in People with ASD.
The peculiarities and impact of sensory aspects (hypo / hyper sensitivity)
The causes: the associated fundamental and cognitive difficulties.
Motor development of people with ASD
Information processing defect: executive function and central coherence disorder in the processing of sensory information

Memory.
III- Assessment tools recognized by HAS and in the field of autism:
The DUNN Profile (history and presentation of the tool: classic and short form).
The Profile of Magdelaine or olga Bogdashina a tool intended for people with ASD.
IV- Analysis and interpretation of tools and action plans:
Analysis and example of concrete interpretation with visual synthesis of the sensory profile.
Presentation of the analysis of different perceptual styles
Assessment and summaries in connection with the personalized support project and daily support.
V- Sensory disorders, a potential etiology of problematic behaviors and behavioral disorders
Methodology of functional analysis
Observation tools according to a multifactorial dynamic and which takes into account sensoriality.
